Thera-Band Progressive Hand Trainer Pack with Sheets
The Thera-Band progressive hand trainer consists of an exercise band that features holes where fingers can be inserted. The exercise band is stretched and held together by means of two locking rings. The level of resistance of the exercise band can be adjusted by changing its sheets. This pack already includes all 6 sheets: tan (xx-light), yellow (extra light), red (light), green (moderate), blue (heavy), and black (extra heavy).
