The Thera-Band Closed Chain Exercise Disk is a foam disk with adjustable straps that can be used to increase water resistance during pool therapy.
The Exercise Disk can be attached to the foot using the straps for lower-extremity exercise or it can just be grasped or held in the hand for upper-body exercise.
