- A 30 lb. flywheel and oversized foot pedals and a natural 20" stride length with narrow pedal spacing provides for a smooth exercise experience
- Large sealed roller bearings, cushioned ergonomic hand grips, dual roller wheels and aluminum tracks ensure comfort at the touch points and a smooth and reliable workout
- The frame has been constructed as one solid welded piece from front to back for added stability and durability, while minimizing noise
- Ten factory preset programs are offered against 40 levels of resistance. These programs include Manual, Hill, Fat burn, Cardio, Strength, Interval, Fusion, Calories and Heart rate program 1 and 2. Facilities also have the option to create two custom programs
- The elliptical has a 7.5" bright blue LCD screen on the console that gives users all the information they need and want at their fingertips including a separate Muscle Activation Profile that displays which muscles are gaining the most benefit during a workout.
- Contact and wireless heart rate monitoring options are also included to make workouts more effective
- A 400 lb. weight capacity and comes with a fully illustrated assembly guide and instruction manual. Assembly is required
- The console displays Speed, Calories burned, Time (elapsed or countdown), Distance traveled and Heart rate
- An adjustable turbo cooling fan for comfort and to help keep you working longer
- Additional features – tablet containing reading rack, water bottle holder, small item storage holder
