When needing to replace worn, lost or damaged drain hoses, these are the hoses to be used. The Med4 should never be tipped on its side or leaned over to drain the water. These drain hoses are the only approved method to properly drain the Med4. Med4 recommends draining and replacing the water in the reservoirs every 2 weeks. To drain, place the end of each hose without the connector into a container that has at least a 3-gallon capacity. As soon as you attach the connector ends to the control unit, water will immediately begin draining. Unplug the Med4 prior to starting the draining process.
