The DynaFlex Powerball Amber Gyro Exerciser is designed to create resistance that will help strengthen the hand and arm to prevent injuries or to rehabilitate the hand or arm following an injury.
The Powerball Amber Gyro up generates 40lbs of resistance from the torque generated by speeds of up to 18,000 RPM.
A Powerball Sports Pro with resistance of 35lbs. and RPM of 13,500 is also available.
