Balance Systems
Balance systems consist of a variety of devices designed to challenge and train a person’s balance, coordination, agility, and lower extremity strength. We have durable balance systems of various types, styles, and configurations for progressive improvement.
The primary difference, if there is one, between the myriad balance devices available, are that balance systems have elements that allow for a progression in difficulty level of training for balance and proprioception stimulus. They tend to be able to include joint range of motion into their list of benefits that can be achieved through their use.
