This Adjustable Cuff wrist weight is used to aid in performing exercises or therapy activities for the arms, wrists, or hands. It comes with a D-ring closure that features built-in padding for comfort and safety.
The Adjustable Cuff wrist weight also comes with 0.2-lb inserts that are placed on the weight pockets of the D-ring closure. There are ten inserts in all and users may remove the inserts in order to adjust the weight.
