This Adjustable Cuff ankle weight is used to facilitate different foot and lower leg exercises and rehabilitative activities. It comes with a D-ring closure thatâs padded for comfort and protection.
The Adjustable Cuff ankle weight also comes with 0.5-lb inserts that are placed on the weight pockets of the D-ring closure. There are ten inserts in all and users may remove the inserts in order to adjust the weight.
