ActivaPatch Iontophoresis Electrodes
ActivaPatch Iontophoresis Electrodes incorporate a nano computer into the electrode which continually monitors patient skin resistance and detects any breaks or decrease in current conductivity and adjusts the current accordingly.
No external current device is needed, simply pull the tab to activate the ActivaPatch Electrode, then fill the drug reservoir, and apply the medicated end of the electrode directly to the affected area.
No saline is required with the ActivaPatch.
The ActivaPatch is capable of delivering a single 40 mA/min. dose, two separate 40 mA/min. doses, or a single 80 mA/min. dose depending on the need. The flash sequence of the LED indicator displays how the treatment is being delivered and which phase the treatment is in.
The ActivaPatch delivers an 80 mA/min. dose in 2.5 hr. or a 40 mA/min. in 1.25 hrs.
ActivaPatch Electrodes are sold six to a box.
