12" Mini Hurdle
12" Mini Hurdles are designed to help increase agility and speed.
The 12" Mini Hurdles are 16" wide and can be used head-on to increase running foot speed and agility or they can be used sideways to increase lateral movement speed and agility.
Mini Hurdles are constructed from pliable plastic that will not break if stepped on during training and will hold up to years of workouts.
The surface of the Mini Hurdle can be used for written notes or instructions by using dry erase markers that can wipe clean after the drill or exercise.
Mini Hurdles are also available in a 6" high version and all Mini Hurdles are sold individually.
