Recommended Exercises for Thera-Band Exercise Bands and Tubing

ProHealthcareProducts.com carries exercise bands and exercise tubing made by Thera-Band and Cando.  Cando’s exercise bands are licensed to use Thera-Band’s trademarked color code sequence to identify progressive levels of resistance.  The following exercises are recommended by Thera-Band for patients to increase strength in the respective focus areas.  More information can be obtained from the Thera-Band Academy.  Thera-Band has designated two levels for exercises.  Level 1 is for rehabilitation exercises.  Level 2 is for fitness exercises and increasing strength outside of a rehabilitation process.
